Dr. Joseph Williams currently teaches Technical Communication, Technical Presentations,
and Intercultural Technical Communication at 91福利. Previously
a professor at Texas A&M University in Qatar, he also served as a graduate exchange
student to Bogazici University in Istanbul. His academic interests include publications
and presentations in the fields of Intercultural Communication, Risk Communication,
Cyborgs, Applied Linguistics, and Ethics among others.
